Job Description• Higher MAE design and development skill, stronger knowledge and experience in MAE investment and release process• 较强的设备设计和开发技能，设备投资和放行方面的经验• Fully project management experience, good corporation and communication with cross function• 丰富的项目管理经验，较强的跨部门交流与合作技能• Take the ownership of responsible manufacturing (grinding/painting) area to secure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets• 负责磨削和喷涂工艺，确保达到安全/质量/成本和交付要求• Stronger problem solving ability• 较强的问题解决能力• Maintain manufacturing capability and stability: drive process and machine related problem solving, develop prevention solutions, create and update the corresponding documents like Process-FMEA, control plan and work instructions• 维护设备加工能力和设备稳定性：解决工艺和设备相关问题；开发预防性措施；建立和更新过程FMEA、控制计划和操作指导书。• Make continuous improvement: identify, analyze and implement project in production line• 持续过程改进：识别、分析并实施生产现场改善项目。• Manage manufacturing resources: manage tools and fixture, and take the lead in machine and product (type) release• 生产资源管理：夹具工装管理；设备和产品放行。Qualifications• 本科以及以上undergraduate or above• 机械工程相关专业mechanical engineering or related• 富有激情 work with passion• 基本的英文基础Basic English• 5年以上生产制造工作经验 5years above manufacture work experience• 有CAD制图基础能力
