Staff Specialist Engineering Sample

In your new role you will:Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSATsubcon (globally located)Facilitate & support Business Units/Division on engineering samplerequestAdd on task in handling ES.Support ES ManagerTo achieve team’s objective and targetTo assist internal customer needs to meet their deadlines requirementFacilitate data gathering for analysis of reportOn adhoc and urgent last minute requestSupport Team LeadContribute to Team’s core responsibility (apart from SubconManagement)Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSATsubconResponsible to drive and maintain OTD & CTResponsible to manage subcon under their portfolioWork with subcon for loading and shipment planResponsible for close monitoring and tracking of daily statusWork with other internal IFX team (Development or Test) to move lotson holdDaily review of SPO for release to subconResponsible in updating shipment plan to customer on internal site(Febes, email, database, etc)Compile data, generate and analyse DR and CT for detractorcalculationAttend & participate in meetings with ES team, GSC, BE team,requestor & subcon as neededFacilitate in guidelines preparation & provide training as neededAttend relevant workshop & subcon visit for improvement andalignment as neededYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)Min 4-5 years handling engineering sampleAbility to speak Japanese and EnglishEngineering knowledge a plusPlanning, IT, Accounting background will be added advantageBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
