Job Description

Senior Project Manager role for same client paying up to £65,000

Project Manager required for a growing, vibrant, and personable team. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am until 5pm. Salary is between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Car parking, and additional benefits listed below.

Candidates need previous construction project management experience in events, rather than events or construction experience solely. A candidate with previous carpentry experience and developed to a PM level will also be considered.

The team are currently working on projects such as stage building and event sets. This is a creative role, therefore requires an individual with a creative flair and desire to problem solve.

Duties:

· Ownership of projects from concept through to completion

· Creating bespoke sets and environments, tailored to client’s brief

· Briefing designers, sub-contractors and crew, working with the Construction Manager

· Manage teams out on-site

· Offer advice and technical design assistance

· Ensure timely and efficient production and installation

· Managing budgets, aware of cost of sale and profit margins

· Regular site visits to project manage the final installation and sign offs

· Regular interaction with clients, workshop teams, venues, and external partners to update on each stage of the production process

· Manage projects through the workshop

· Schedule projects and identify potential shortfalls

Experience:

· Ability to work on several projects at any one time whilst adhering to changing deadlines and priorities

· Excellent organisation and management skills
