POSITION – Union: Standard Field Analyst

WEEKLY WAGE RATE: $1,632.26-$1,844.17
JOB SUMMARY:
- Requires a range of analytical skills, problem solving skills and knowledge of procedures.
- High degree of concentration, visual attention, and manual dexterity.
- Peer Training: Responsible for training peers, and new personnel.
- Frequent interactions with internal and external customers.
- Dispatching and scheduling work for field technicians.
- Working with various software programs.
- Basic Office skill: answering phones, responding to emails and other types of correspondence.
- Work schedule is from 8am to 5 pm. Requests for working a different shift, 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm, are based on seniority and when an opening occurs.
- Support techs in the field to research information about accounts and meters.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve solutions to intricate problems.
- Complete appointments and work on time.
- Maintaining customer accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electric System Outage Switching (“ESOR”): Sign off and date approval to energize service.
- Create Service Jobs in Global SAP with their associated WOs for dispatch using GIS software.
- NetCadOps: Dispatch emergency and outage orders during storms; Review, determine, and execute actions needed of issues referred by Power & Delivery.
- Manually process installs, removals, and exchanges of ZREC, SOLAR, and M-Meters in SAP. There is no system automation for these meter/order types.
- Citrix/ Command Center: Check status and activity of meters; send signals to reconnect and disconnect meters.
- Microsoft Teams: use of an e-calendar to schedule services and track work,
- Dispatching Software: search, sort, allocate work orders to technicians and monitor fleet status.
- Operation of PCs and associated equipment repetitious hand and wrist usage of computer mouse for extended periods of time.
- Responsible for the dispatching and monitoring of work and Fleet status, which consists of constant optical demand to scroll/search between 2 (two) 24” monitors while simultaneously carrying out multiple daily activities including but not limited to the following: responding to customer requests, resolving mixed wiring and switched meters scenarios, reviewing and resolving system edits in SAP related to customer master data and meter readings, coordinating overhead services with the line department, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned*.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of administrative office practices, operation of office equipment such as a personal computer and software, and some advanced skill/knowledge of MS Office products.
- Utility Office experience equivalent to 2 years college, an Assoc. Degree, or 2 years in a technical college. Advanced knowledge of a specialized or technical field such as cost or general accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of SAP experience.
- Work is in-office only. Must be able to work storms, weekends, holidays and off schedule when needed.
