A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer. Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical building services systems on a large commercial site



As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be:



Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be performing mechanical maintenance on building service plant and systems.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out commercial plumbing maintenance and installs.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be testing plumbing systems for leaks and any other problems.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be covering 1 large commercial site near Euston Square.As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will have:



Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have experience in servicing, water softener plant, swimming pool maintenance

Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have qualifications in mechanical engineering or plumbing.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have strong communication skills.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have a good technical knowledge of mechanical plant including pressurisation units, safety release valves and vessels

Mechanical Building Services Engineer will live within a commutable distance of Euston Square.Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £40k basic + overtime + package
