\n\nThis is a Monday - Friday, day shift, (8-4) static role based near Putney in a client side estates team.  \n\nIn addition to a salary of up to £43,000 in this Mechanical Maintenance role you will be rewards with a large range of benefits including:\n\nGenerous staff pension scheme\n\t\nSeason ticket loan\n\t\nOn call allowance and call out rates\n\t\nFree 24 hour parking on site\n\nWithin this building services maintenance role, your role will include: \n\nPlaned preventive maintenance\n\t\nFault finding\n\t\nRepairs and minor installation works on all facilities, plant and equipment throughout the Estate. \n\t\nAnalysis to resolve technical issues on multifaceted equipment/situations \n\t\nResponsible for calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment including but not limited to air handling units, medical gas systems, heating and domestic hot & cold water systems, nurse call systems, fire detection, bms controls\n\t\nUndertake minor condition surveys, evaluating inspection reports and maintenance repairs, improvement and minor capital work across the estate as directed by management, ensuring compliance with Statutory Regulations\n\nYou will be reporting the the estates manager who will develop and support you within your mechanical maintenance role. \n\nFor this Mechanical Maintenance role, we are looking for:\n\nA NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, or a Mechanical engineering degree or HND\n\t\nPrevious experience working in a hospital or similar environment within building services engineering \n\t\nExperience working on new and old installations, control systems, plant and equipment breakdowns, fault finding, rectifications and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of technical & mechanical plant and equipment found in a typical engineering or healthcare environment.   \n\t\nExperience of water compliance, TMVs, legionella management and water systems \n\t\nLiving close to South West London   \n\nThis is a technical building services engineering role in a brilliant team.
