Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This is including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

In this role, you will be taking up the core responsibility of managerial role supervising statutory focus on Nuovo Pignone branches audit, as well as Middle East statutory and tax compliance complexity - Algeria, Tunisia and Kuwait bigger scope exploration IFRS S2G work.

As a Statutory Lead role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage Statutory related audit matters, ensure incompliance in accordance with accounting and auditing standards and internal control rules. Analyze the execution performance and propose action for corrective plans to mitigate identified risks.

• Managing the team, ensure KPI are supported from Global Finance Center for Business.

• Managing the external audit for countries spread cross Region. Key point of contact for communication/resolution of audit issues.

• Reviewing of Statutory & Management financial statements and coordination of audit requests by working closely with Functional teams.

• Monitoring Teams Analytical support, Variance Analysis for S2GWalk.

• Extracting insight from data and explain, giving root cause analysis and recommendation to relevant stakeholders.

• Managing deliverables by completing periodical analysis templates and reporting packages with quality and punctuality in accordance with US GAAP.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.

• Have a relevant working experience in statutory. Big 4 accounting experience is an added advantage.

• Have experience in team management (coaching and evaluating performance).

• Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP Accounting.

• Have good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

• Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.

• Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross functional analysis.
