Role Overview

As the Construction Safety Manager, you'll lead our safety team to ensure the well-being of all employees on-site. Your leadership will drive the development and enforcement of safety protocols, risk reduction strategies, and compliance with regulations. You'll play a critical role in protecting our workforce, minimizing downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the safety team to maintain a strong safety culture across all job sites.
• Policy & Compliance: Regularly update safety policies, ensuring they align with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Incident Management: Respond promptly to on-site incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Insurance Management: Oversee workers' comp claims, insurance certificates, and ensure timely setup of job site coverage.
• Field Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to identify hazards, enforce safety measures, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in safety management (3+ years in structural steel construction )
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $140,000 - $175,000/year
