A Single Family Office is looking for a Strategic Project/Operations Manager to drive efficiency, support executive decision-making, and lead high-impact projects across multiple businesses. This position will play a critical role in optimizing business operations, managing key projects, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively. This individual will work closely with leadership to streamline processes, develop presentations, and oversee project timelines.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Project & Initiative Management
- Oversee and manage high-priority projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying risks and proactively addressing roadblocks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Business Strategy & Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-driven improvements.
- Support leadership with strategic decision-making by conducting research, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and scalability.
- Executive Support & Presentation Development
- Create high-impact presentations, reports, and decks for leadership meetings, investor pitches, and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist in structuring and synthesizing complex business information for clear decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve company-wide performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment on key priorities and projects.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience strategic operations, project management, or business consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA .
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with new technologies including the use of AI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication Skills, independent thinker, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple individuals and organizations and to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and “roll up your sleeves” levels. Comfortable working with and protecting highly confidential information
- Comfortable in non-office settings and in small business environments
