Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate or Experienced)

Job Description Qualifications:Boeing Poland is currently seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join the team located in Rzeszow, Poland.The role involves conducting structural analysis using established tools to assess the performance and characteristics of aircraft structures. The selected candidate will also support testing activities, analyze and report test results, and document certification and test outcomes to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.Position Responsibilities: Performs basic structural analysis using established tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performanceSupports test execution, analyze and report test results to ensure systems and components meet requirementsDefines and documents certification and test results to validate compliance with customer and regulatory agency requirementsContributes to the improvement of in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvementsDevelops and integrates structural requirements throughout the product lifecycleCoordinates with other engineering groups, guides product design and verifies structural integrity using analytical methods and simulationsWorks under general supervision or directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Rzeszow, Poland.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science1+ years of engineering work experienceStrong knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints, and structural analysis methodsFluent in both written and verbal EnglishMust be legally able to work in PolandPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, Structural Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in static and fatigue analysisKnowledge of damage tolerance analysesAble to work collaboratively with a multi-functional team and work flexible hours to meet the business needsAbility to travel about 10% of work timeTypical Education:Associate (level 2)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).Experienced (level 3)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.
