Salary: $100k-130k depending on exp

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm M-F, In-Office with 10-20 % travel

Client Details: The client is a diamond dealer focused on the design, build and service of commercial and residential projects in South Florida.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sign and seal Engineering Plans in the state of Florida
Drafts and reviews all plans and specifications for commercial and residential projects to ensure compliance with city state and federal laws and regulations
Initiates pre-construction conferences with contractors and/or developers and associated staff members
Provides technical direction and assistance to inspection personnel relating to field pr

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Must have a Professional Engineer License (Must be valid in the following counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami)
Must be able to sign and seal Engineering Plans in the state of Florida
Must have a valid drivers license (active minimum 3 years)
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check (clean record)
Experience with Aluminum is a plus
