Structural Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReputable engineering consulting firm with established office looking to add a talented Senior Structural Engineer for their Madison team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management for structural engineering projects
  
• Prepare structural design calculations for structures
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Perform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions, and develop repair alternatives
  
• Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
  
• Assist with business development activities related to structural projects with current/new clients
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering
  
• 7+ years of structural design experience
  
• PE License
  
• SE License
  
• Experience with project types such as churches, banks, schools, and commercial buildings
  
• Prior experience in structural design, project management, consulting, managing a team
  
• Experience using Revit
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
