Key Responsibilities Perform structural and forensic investigations on commercial and residential structures. Conduct site visits, including structural and forensic inspections, to assess conditions and identify issues. Compile, write, and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, letters, memos, and project specifications. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, insurance professionals, and property managers. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial building materials, systems, and assemblies. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
