Your role will include: Leading and supporting intermediate and senior engineers in completion of building projects in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood from concept to completion.Working and collaborating with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.Analyzing and designing new building structures utilizing industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair).Developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs.Providing technical support during construction.Assisting in creating standard details and procedures for design and contract administration.Participating in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations such as Lunch & Learns.
