Structural Engineer EIT or P.E

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new full time Structural Engineer opportunity available for a major firm located in North Babylon, Long Island that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The work schedule will onsite in the firm’s offices five days a week.

This position will be paying a fulltime salary plus an outstanding benefits package

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is for civil and / or structural design and analyses of commercial and industrial structures and facilities that are located on Long Island and the New York metropolitan areas, working in conjunction with other engineers, designers and architects in the firms North Babylon, Long Island office. The candidate should have familiarity with New York State, Long Island and New York City building codes and zoning ordinances. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn from one of the firm’s principals for greater growth within this engineering firm.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have an engineering education. Professional Engineering (PE) is but a candidate with EIT (Engineer in Training) experience will be considered for this role.
