About the Role
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to lead our Glenwood Springs, CO structural engineering team. This position involves planning, analysis, and design for commercial, residential, and municipal projects, overseeing drafting personnel, and coordinating with senior structural engineers across offices. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality deliverables, performing structural engineering design and field inspections, and spearheading department growth within Glenwood Springs. The role also entails project administration, mentorship of staff engineers, and active involvement in business development to expand our client base and maintain lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 to $120,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.
