My Client, who is located in San Antonio, TX and Austin, TX, has an immediate requirement for a Structural Engineer/Project Manager (at one of these locations). The business hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in office and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Travel between 5-10% per year.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• BS Degree with Structural Emphasis, required

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering,

• PE Licensed Engineer,

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Structural Engineer for San Antonio, TX office; minimum 8 years' experience as a Structural Engineer for Austin, TX Office

• Experience using ETABs, RISA, STAAD

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in the design of vertical structures, including at least 5 years in the design of commercial and/or institutional buildings

• Strong technical experience in the design of steel, concrete, and/or heavy timber structures

• Oversight and detailing of projects being managed

• Good verbal and written communication skills
