You will contribute to the improvement of our living environment! You will develop yourself and contribute to digital developments such as parameterization and automation!What you do as a Structural Engineer Industry & BuildingsIn the role of Structural Engineer Industry & Buildings you will independently perform the necessary calculations for complex steel, concrete and timber structures. You will also contribute to the preparation of designs under the supervision of the Structural Engineer. Together you will handle and work out complex technical questions from clients. Furthermore you will hold:Communicating and collaborating with colleagues or third parties on (part of) the structural design;Monitor your own processes and activities from a technical and budgetary point of view (time and money) according to the established principles within the quality system and consult internally;Checking the calculations and drawings of colleagues or third parties;Supervising your own project administration and archiving project documents. You are a real team player with good communication skills and you are able to think and act multidisciplinary. Something that is indispensable in our multidisciplinary and international organization. Your technical knowledge and analytical skills are excellent and you are able to transfer this to others. With your empathy and problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented work and managing networks and relationships are no problem for you. Furthermore, as our ideal colleague, you have:A completed degree in TU Architecture/Civil Engineering, with preferably a major in structures or structural design;0-3 years of relevant experience at a consultancy or engineering firm;Willingness to work abroad for a short or longer period of time is a requirement;Experience with the use of calculation programs is an advantage.
