Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Delivering digital design documentation primarily in the form of Revit models and drawings, in consultation with engineers and technical leads within the agreed timeframes. Maintain/establish/develop suitable corporate documentation standards/procedures and ensure they are being utilised and adhered to on relevant projects. Maintain/establish/develop suitable client standards and ensure they are being utilised and adhered to on relevant projects. Drive the implementation of BIM on GHD projects. Coordinating and collaborating in multi-discipline projects through the use of Navisworks/BIM360 as required. Manages own time and quality. Manages small projects from a Technical Deliverable Lead role, liaising with senior staff as required. What you will bring to the team: Qualified in structural engineering building services or similar with a minimum 5 years experience. Ability to select structural equipment and produce professional layouts. Strong experience in the use of AutoCad, Revit and model management. Understanding the buildability, equipment maintenance accessibility and spatial requirement for structural design. Experience in the use of BIM360 and or Navisworks for model collaboration, coordination, and clash detection. Familiarity with Document management websites such as ACONEX and ProjectWise is preferred. Skill in Advance Steel, Concrete and Steel design drafting/modelling is preferred. Strong focus on quality and attention to detail with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight and challenging deadlines.
