Subcontracts Engineer (Civil)

Subcontracts professional from civil engineering background with experience in procurement of subcontracting services, quantity survey, costing, estimation, rate analysis, interpretation of technical specifications and requirements, preparation and floating of enquiries, offer collection, techno-commercial evaluation and negotiation, contract drafting, contract management, order placement, etc. Needs to have a working knowledge of construction project sites, basic material rates, resource productivity. Experience in the hydrocarbon / oil & gas industry is preferable, but not mandatory. Must be fluent in oral and written communication in English. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Shall be expected to take up individual assignments quickly.Preferable soft skills: interpersonal relations, communication & presentation
