We are currently seeking to hire a Field Superintendent to join our team!

You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Assign job duties to all the employees 
• Scope out all new projects, and perform floor/ceiling plan layout
• Mobilize all resources (tools, equipment, supplies and raw materials) to the new projects
• Maintain close coordination with the project manager / estimator
• Track progress against schedule and budget

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, supervision
• Well versed with commercial construction; specifically with means and methods as it applies to metal framing and drywall
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with customers (general contractor)
• Architectural blueprint reading
