Were currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead exciting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and excellent communication abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day on-site operations of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Supervise construction staff and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed according to design specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to establish project timelines and communicate progress updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the construction process, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure materials and labor are utilized efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Collaborate with local agencies and utility companies as needed to ensure all permits and approvals are obtained.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field ; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role within commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- OSHA certification and relevant safety training is a plus.
