They are in immediate need of a Superintendent, who has experience in Versatile and Large Scale Public Works projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Spearhead on-site coordination for major commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Uncover creative solutions for complex construction challenges while maintaining quality reputation.
• Career advancement potential includes leadership roles across their expanding Nevada projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Expertise in subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing.
• 8+ years’ experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Exposure to public works and state-funded projects In Las Vegas
• Working knowledge of Procore software.
• BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
