We have an exciting opportunity open for a Supervisor of Field Integrity in Hot Springs, AR.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises field execution of pipeline integrity assessments, anomaly remediations, and other integrity-driven work related to high-pressure and transmission pipeline systems. This position supports operations and long-term integrity planning by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance of field activities in adherence with company policies and federal and state regulations, including 49 CFR Part 192. Acts as a liaison between Integrity Management, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to coordinate and monitor work in support of the company’s Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, schedules, assigns, directs, and supervises work related to pipeline integrity assessments and remediations, including in-line inspections (ILI), direct examinations, right of way clearing, recoating, and anomaly investigations.

• Supports Operations in high-pressure transmission projects such as valve replacements, pigging operations, tie-ins, and hydrostatic testing. • Evaluates and monitors field work methods, safety practices, quality standards, and contractor performance. • Coordinates with internal departments and external contractors to ensure integrity projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Reviews and prepares documentation required for regulatory compliance and audit readiness, including job safety analyses, field reports, and as-built drawings.

• Maintains appropriate inventory and ensures availability of necessary equipment, tools, and materials to execute integrity-related projects.

• Provides leadership and technical oversight during emergency response or integrity-related field events.

• Participates in and supports regulatory audits and internal reviews. • Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

· Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages), punctuation, grammar and spelling.

· candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in one of the following: gas and/or electric operations, accounting, engineering or related field. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for up to four (4) years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

· Provide a valid state driver's license and present and maintain a good driving record and to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

· Manage the installation, repair and maintenance of gas mains, services, stations, and/or small/large meter loops.

· Demonstrate knowledge of Company policies, procedures, processes and all regulations and rules related to pipeline operations.

· Manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Able to respond well to changing priorities.

· Able to solve operations problems with logical solutions.

· Demonstrate leadership skills and produce results through others while maintaining a high level of morale.

·Motivate self, accomplish tasks and achieve goals with minimal supervision including self-directed learning.

·Exercise discretion, tact, and good judgment in dealing with customers, the public, vendors and employees.

·Utilize mainframe systems and personal computer software proficiently such as electronic mail, spreadsheets, and word processing.

·Demonstrate and utilize excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and listening ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

· Able to work well independently or in a team-based environment to accomplish assignments and achieve objectives.
