Hours: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

Contract Type: Long-term ongoing contract

Role Summary



As a Supervisor Field Service, you'll provide effective support to the service team and our customers, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and confident communication at all levels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring quality and safe working practices for all sitework, while also driving service sales financial targets.



Main Responsibilities



* Train and develop service technicians and approved service partners (ASPs)



* Conduct service team meetings and monitor service technician KPIs



* Ensure quality and safe working practices for all site work



* Collaborate with service planning to maximize the efficiency of service technicians and ASPs



* Manage order book with coordination/planning



* Promote "iCue" – Connected Solutions, advising clients on additional services available through Donaldson



* Liaise with customer services on invoicing



* Work with contractors and third-party suppliers



* Support service sales with on-site/travel timings, technician requirements, and urgent service requests



* Forecast service work sales figures and maintain CRM database accuracy



* Participate in the implementation of the New Field Service Tool and Mobile App (Go-Live: Sept/Oct 2024)



* Handle customer/site challenges via calls/emails and visit sites to understand customer and technician requirements



* Ensure high-quality, safe service execution and timely/accurate service report creation



Candidate Profile



* Strong team leader and efficient administrator



* Self-motivated, tenacious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities



* Target/KPI driven with strong management skills



* High-level IT proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)



* Confident and professional in customer interactions



* Proactive with a pleasant demeanour



* Experience of working in a busy and target-driven environment
