Netgroup Engineering Supplier Development Engineer

As a Supplier Development Engineer at Netgroup Engineering, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to addressing supplier performance challenges impacting operations. Your primary focus will be on providing technical assistance to suppliers, particularly those facing issues such as unhealthy production systems, lack of technical resources, and difficulty in implementing sustainable solutions. Your mission is to restore supplier health and cultivate a zero-tolerance approach towards issues affecting Netgroup Engineering's operations and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in promoting collaboration between Supplier Development and other departments, both locally and globally, leveraging knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze supplier capacity and investment requests
• Engage actively with suppliers and supply chains
• Assess supplier weaknesses accurately and offer effective solutions
• Monitor high-risk supplier issues to prevent disruptions in operations
• Drive the development of problem-solving techniques for supplier faults
• Improve supplier production systems to prevent impacts on operations
• Foster operational excellence among suppliers
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives
• Represent Netgroup Engineering at supplier sites and escalate issues as needed to prevent operational crises

Salary Range: $85,000 + DOE
