Supply Chain Administrator
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales representatives, playing a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
This includes managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing orders with precision to minimise errors and enhance customer satisfaction. By streamlining workflows and ensuring timely and accurate documentation, the role directly supports the company’s goals of driving sales growth, improving customer retention, and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, it contributes to operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and collaborating with internal teams to optimise sales support functions.
The role:
* To raise and issue sales orders including the EDI system & manual entry where required.
* Create warehouse shipments to guarantee delivery within the agreed timeframe.
* Unreserve stock for Amazon orders from relevant forecasts.
* Check prices from Amazon vender match on sales orders.
* Liaise with Account manager on any issues relating to orders or stock.
* Convert orders into Dynamics from EDI system and ensuring margins are correct.
* To provide a point of contact for query resolution to the wider business.
* Update Sales tracker for movement of arrival of stock and allocation of future orders.
* Look after buying groups to ensure stock is correct as per monthly forecasts.
* Liaising with the Accounts department daily regarding customer credit limits.
* Answer customer inquiries via phone or email.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Send updates on stock availability for seasonal lines to all Sales representatives.
