You will spend Monday & Tuesday in London at M&S HQ for this position, with the remainder of the week spent in Rogerstone.

About the Role
\n
Within this role you will play a key part in liaising between M&S and the Rogerstone site, spending two days a week with M&S at their HQ in Waterside, Paddington. You will be responsible for analysing the orders M&S are placing with us, and supporting the Rogerstone site to ensure that production & manufacturing planning / scheduling is in line with the forecast expected from M&S.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse M&S forecast & demand plans to ensure the Rogerstone site production is in line with expectation.
- Provide commercial & financial expertise when discussing stock control, predicting waste and forecasting future sales.
- Proactively looking for new, improved ways of working and proposing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

About You
\n
The ideal candidate will be have a strong commercial acumen, ideally with a background in Supply Chain and Demand Planning within the Food / FMCG industries.

Key Skills/Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment or FMCG is essential
- Experience in Supply Chain / Planning is essential
- Experience in Forecasting in Chilled Food is advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
