We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and process optimization. The will support key projects related to inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand planning while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions

• Work along side the Supply Chain management to learn the day to day functions of the department.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory planning and optimization efforts to ensure efficient stock levels and reduce waste.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to present findings and recommendations.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Help maintain supply chain databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau ().
• Understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education / Certifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Prior or project experience in supply chain or data analytics (a plus).

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

Security Clearance

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
