Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Job Type: W2 Contract 9-months

Pay Rate: $27 – 29 / hour, DOE

Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst will support material planning, BOM (Bill of Materials) configuration, and overall parts readiness to fulfill warranties and certified refurbished product demands. The analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure supply readiness and operational continuity for device returns and refurbishment globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, update, and communicate Engineering BOM Change Notifications.
• Maintain and update planning master data.
• Manage and communicate demand forecasts.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in supplier weekly and monthly business reviews (WBRs & MBRs).
• Conduct baseline analysis for material NPI (New Product Introduction) buys.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MS Office.
• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in analyst work.
• Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and planning tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and JDA/BlueYonder.
• Prior experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.
