KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Trainer Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)\n\nLocation: Leicestershire and surrounding areas (Home/Field based) - Must be flexible with travel\n\nSalary: up to £30,000 (Dependent on skills and experience)\n\nPackage: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more\n\nType: Full Time, Permanent \n\nFor trainee candidates; this is a great opportunity to transition to a new and rewarding career within the training industry! \n\nDrawing on the wealth of experience you have within the Logistics sector, to deliver vocational qualifications to learners.\n\nFull training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve the Assessor award.\n\nEssential Criteria:\nMust hold solid occupational competency within Logistics/Supply Chain at Team Leading level or above.\nExperience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.\nMust be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT.\nMust be flexible with travel.\nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.Duties:\nAssess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Customer Service (Level 3). \nDeliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.\nDelivering via a mix of face to face, remote and workshop delivery.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nWork to learner review and completion timescales.\nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Please note:\n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
