Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst

Hybrid 3 days a week in office

Job Description

• Assist with queries and data analysis for device and accessory demand, inventory, supply actuals and forecasts.
• Troubleshoot errors causing data inconsistencies.
• Create executive-level reporting as well as detailed ad hoc reports.

Must have:

Ability to work with data using SQL, some knowledge of how inventory interacts with demand and supply, ability to quickly learn and use Power BI, ability to run pre-created Python code, ability to read Python code and make small edits for troubleshooting

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks): Run regular reporting then troubleshoot issues.

Gather data for monthly reporting, Follow up with stakeholders for data inputs, run ad hoc reporting requested

background/prior work experience: Supply chain finance, or supply chain data analyst

Priority soft skills: Detail oriented, communication skills (simple direct , clarifying questions), patience, diplomacy, problem solving, adaptability
