This assignment could be interesting for you!Background informationThe ASML Planning and Delivery Reuse Excellence department is responsible for improvements and embedding of re-use processes and activities within ASML. With our ambition for Circular Economy to have zero waste to landfill and incineration by 2030, the packaging re-use landscape is built on traceability of all items on unique numbers which enables pool management and follow up. The goal is to have this as effective as possible with high mode of automation to enable re-use of high volumes.Your assignmentThe Planning and Delivery Reuse Excellence team is looking for ambitious student who can play a crucial role in the supply chain processes close to our suppliers and customers of packaging materials.Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Identification of Transport Materials;Check process flows from Inbound WH / Cleanroom / Return square;Check with suppliers for willingness of identification;Help with stagnation release;Clean-up 3PL portal;Create awareness towards owners of overplanned stock;Re-assess on old decisions in alignment with material owners; Support data gathering for decision tool;Align with D&E on the "used" packaging for some materials.Your profileTo be the perfect match for this internship, you:Are a vocational (MBO) or bachelor student university of applied sciences (HBO) in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics or related;Are looking for a hands-on (apprentice) internship;Preferably have project or other relevant experience in Warehousing;Have a hands-on mentality.Should be available for minimum 5 months, 3 days per week (50% on-site).The start date of this internship is as of September 2024.Leading with purposeAt ASML, we’ve been making giant leaps in microchip manufacturing technology since 1984, with more than 42.000 employees and over 60 locations globally.
