Job Description Job Title- Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist Experience - 3 Years Location - Dubai Job Description: Responsible for all aspects of supply chain and order handling, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to customers with on time delivery Coordinates material and information flow between production, sales, and transportation providers to ensure proper movement of shipments Manage import, export, and cross-trade shipments; handle one pack and re-sale orders, including scheduling and communicating with suppliers. Receive purchase orders, ensuring alignment with estimated time of completion (ETC) and requested delivery dates; liaise with suppliers to confirm material readiness, follow up on draft documents, and coordinate shipment dispatch Prepare and manage documentation, including invoice attestation and issuance of Certificates of Origin from the Ministry of Economy or Chamber of Commerce; send original documents to customers via courier Qualifications: 38 years old and below At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably form manufacturing industry Excellent understanding of INCO terms, regulations, and ISO requirements Can perform tasks using ERP system Immediate joiners will be prioritized
