The Opportunity
Black Label Creations is a new, disruptive and innovative private label supplier of finished nutritional supplements.
We provide expert services in premium and bespoke product creation from concept to launch, selling finished units of a huge variety of nutrition products within powders, liquids & bars, as well as providing branding and product design services to our customers.
The Role
BLC is looking for an experienced supply chain expert to help manage our supply chains between ingredients we procure and third-party manufacturing partners. The supply chain manager will offer a level of seniority to manage and oversee our supply chain department.
The supply chain manager must therefore be a great team player, and a strong leader who can offer experience and level headedness to the rest of the team when we need it most. The supply chain manager must be versed and skilled in multiple areas, such as import / export, procurement, project management & logistics, with the ability to continuously review, change and optimise the supply chain processes to ensure it is always improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Oversee the BLC Supply Chain and department
- Oversee and manage the Gaant manufacture chart to ensure output is optimal across several manufacturing sites
- Strengthen, optimise and improve efficiencies and process within the supply chain
- Actively look to build & strengthen Manufacture and Supplier relationships
- Manage, oversee and ensure the accuracy and timely manner of the procurement of materials for orders
- Manage and oversee the safe import / export of materials & goods
- Work closely with our QC department to ensure products meet our quality standards and control points are followed.
- Work closely with procurement to analyse BLC stock of materials at various manufacturing sites & stock holding warehouses
- Work closely with our procurement team to analyse the stock and financial success of projects
- Find solutions within the supply chain when issues occur to ensure projects are delivered on time
Skills requirements
· 6 + year’s experience in Supply Chain Management
· An experience in Food Supplements, FMCG or Food is essential
· Must have strong and extensive experience with ERP order management software’s
· Must have strong understanding of supply chains and project management skills
· Must be a strong communicator, leader, with cool and calm demeanour in stressful situations
· Must have experience with the import & export of raw materials and goods
The Package
- Salary £45,000 - £55,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule
On-Site Monday - Friday
9am-5pm (flexi time 8am -4pm)
WFH Wednesdays
