My skincare client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our operations, ensuring seamless product flow from supplier to customer. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder in a role that blends high-level strategy with day-to-day execution.

Your Role:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery.
- Manage Supplier Relationships.
- Work with suppliers to ensure stock levels, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain with business goals.
- Solve challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or a similar industry.
- A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the details.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience with inventory and logistics systems.
