Hybrid working: one day a week in the office in London and 4 days from home.

My skincare client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our operations, ensuring seamless product flow from supplier to customer. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder in a role that blends high-level strategy with day-to-day execution.

Your Role:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery.
• Manage Supplier Relationships.
• Work with suppliers to ensure stock levels, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain with business goals.
• Solve challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the details.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with inventory and logistics systems.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing business.
