E-Commerce Supply Chain Manager

An ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in managing e-commerce (B2C) supply chains, Marketplaces, particularly Amazon, and B2B logistics. The ideal candidate will excel in inventory management, supplier negotiation, with emphasis on freight forwarding and 3PL, and operational efficiency. Proficiency ERP system and BI platforms is a must, along with certifications such as CSCP or Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for B2C channels.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve performance.
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines.
  • Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, BI platforms) to forecast trends and improve decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with global third-party logistics (3PL) providers, oversee warehousing operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local supply chain laws.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field are a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, including, with a company that sold $30m+/yr.
  • Experience with 3PL partnerships and direct-to-consumer logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain tools
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with demand forecasting tools.
  • Understanding of customs regulations, import/export processes, and international trade compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Understanding of electronic processes and order management.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and finance teams.

Compensation:

  • Compensation contingent upon experience. Open to discussion.
