The organization has departments including furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, tools and hardware productsWe are looking for a Supply Chain Manager / Director to join their rapidly expanding team in KuwaitReporting to: CEOKEY RESPONSIBILITIES•Responsible for demand planning section, fleet, Logistics and freight•Will manage team of senior managers and managers for all above departmentESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS•15-20 years overall experience•10-15 years within Supply Chain, demand planning, Fleet and freight•At least 10 years in management role•University degree in the areas of Business or Engineering •Master Degree from well known university will be great•Retail background essential, furniture retail background preferred•High communication skills•Fluent English and Arabic is a mustKEY SKILLS•Leadership skills •Result orientation •Teamwork
