Opportunity to join Global Healthcare Organization as EMEA Supply Chain Director. Permanent contract. Hybrid role, 2-3 days onsite per week in Athlone.Key Responsibilities of EMEA Supply Chain Director:Collaborate with Global/EMEA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Logistics leads to develop customer value strategiesPartner with Area Leaders to define customer delivery and inventory/cost expectationsRepresent Supply Chain in Portfolio and NPI strategy decisionsSupport and execute global fulfillment and Supply Chain Architecture strategiesEnsure consistent Sales & Operations Execution and global standard work applicationImplement level loading strategies and manage Phase-in/Phase-out and supply changesOversee global product availability and backorder managementSupport Integrated Business Planning and best practice replicationManage talent for the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Organization, including hiring, developing, and assigning rolesRepresent Supply Chain Planning on the Global Operations & Supply Chain EMEA Leadership TeamIdeal Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited universityMinimum 8 to 10 years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience, Medical device, Pharma or HealthcareE2E Supply Chain process knowledgeBusiness and Financials Acumen / KnowledgeAPICS CertificationLean Six Sigma experienceAbility to operate at Strategic and Operational levelsIf you would like a confidential discussion and more information on this EMEA Supply Chain Director role contact Michelle Miley.
