About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to lead, plan, and manage key projects that drive operational excellence within our supply chain organization. In this critical role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, control costs, and enhance delivery performance — ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of supply chain projects from initiation through successful completion.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze current supply chain workflows to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.

  • Design and implement process improvements that drive productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to optimize operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including executive sponsors, department leaders, vendors, and project teams.

  • Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables through regular reports and presentations.

  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Vendor & Supplier Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

  • Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and address operational issues as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Data & Reporting

  • Use supply chain management software and tools to track, analyze, and report key performance metrics.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and milestones.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to support project decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and project contributions.

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Monitor compliance with industry standards and promote best practices throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required.

  • Master's degree or professional certifications (PMP, APICS) are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management.

  • At least 2 years of direct project management experience in a supply chain environment.

Skills

  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.

  • Occasional travel to supplier locations or operational facilities may be required.

Pay: $62.00 per hour

Hours: Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week
