Due to continued growth and success, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain processes, and supporting ambitious expansion plans.\n\nThe Role:\nThe Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and cost-effective processes from procurement to distribution. This individual will manage a team of 8 across warehousing, purchasing, and planning, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement in operations.

This is a key leadership position requiring a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can develop a high-performing team while implementing best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Leading and managing warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient storage, and timely dispatch of goods.\n\n * \n\n Overseeing the supply chain function, from procurement to logistics, ensuring optimal stock levels and supplier performance.\n\n * \n\n Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.\n\n * \n\n Working closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives.\n\n * \n\n Managing and mentoring the warehouse and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.\n\n * \n\n Implementing and optimizing inventory management systems to enhance accuracy and reduce waste.\n\n * \n\n Analyzing data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.\n\n * \n\n Building strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to enhance supply chain reliability.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in a Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.\n\n * \n\n Experience managing teams across warehousing, purchasing, and planning.\n\n * \n\n Proactive, versatile, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.\n\n * \n\n Expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.\n\n * \n\n Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset to drive business efficiencies.\n\n * \n\n Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems.\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n * \n\n A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\nWhat the Company Offers:\n\n * \n\n A pivotal role in a thriving and expanding business with strong backing from a successful group.\n\n * \n\n Opportunities for career growth and professional development.\n\n * \n\n A collaborative and supportive working environment.\n\n * \n\n £48,000 salary plus profit share
