This role requires a Supply Planning Excellence Lead who can effectively manage and enhance the supply chain processes within the life science industry. The candidate should exhibit strong leadership skills and have a comprehensive understanding of Supply Planning processes, as well as have strong systems knowledge (ideally SAP).

Key responsibilities include:



Leading the development and execution of supply chain strategies.

Managing and enhancing procurement operations.

Overseeing the planning and execution of supply chain processes.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Monitoring and managing supply chain risks.

Providing leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.Profile



A successful Supply Planning Excellence Lead should have:



Exceptional knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement strategies.

Strong leadership skills.

Experience in subcontract manufacturing.

SAP experience (ideally IBP).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
