Support Manager Installation, Commissioning and Warranty - Europe, Africa, Central Asia About the Role Location Poland Lodzkie Lodz Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Sp. z Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Compression Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs support Manager ICW (Installation, Commissioning & Warranty) you support the Sales- (during the sales phase) and (during the execution phase) Project Management Organizations with all topics related to the Installation & Commissioning (I&C) phase of the projects in your assigned region - Europe, Africa and central Asia. The scope being handled concerns the full SE product range. Including centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas and steam-turbine drives, Electrical motor drives (including the power systems), SCADA systems, 3rd party supplies etc.For this role, it is required that you work closely together with the Sales- and Project Management Teams in your region as well as in the different locations worldwide which are involved within the projects. Together with your teammates you will bring an added value with your I&C know-how to the organization. Based on the information provided by your colleagues in the ICW team, you compile client specific I&C offers (cost basis) for new projects during the Sales- and/or Execution phases. Support the contract negotiations on the I&C portion. In specific cases, analyze commercial, technical, legal aspects for the I&C phase and provide Comments and Exceptions to I&C specifications. Support during the internal Risk assessment for the I&C part of the project. What You Bring Proficient in English. Min. 3 years of experience in Equipment Sales and Execution of the mentioned product portfolio. Extensive Onshore Installation & Commissioning experience. Offshore experience is a plus. Installation & Commissioning strategy development experience. Outgoing and progress driven approach. Fast decision and strategy maker. Team-player. Networking. Thinking outside of the box.
