What you can expect to be doing:

EDC-Inc, a division of Haley Ward is looking for a Survey CAD Technician who will complete various survey types including but not limited to: topographic, hydrographic, construction as-built, boundary surveys and sectional break-downs.

• Performs survey calculations
• Prepares maps and drawings
• Researches internal records
• Drafts information to be included in survey reports and related documentation
• Work is typically performed in an office setting.

What you will need to succeed:

• Associates’ degree in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or other related discipline , but not required.
• Minimum of five years of survey experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using Civil 3D required.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strategic/critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Outlook, and advanced functions of Excel.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
