Moxie People is currently working with a well-regarded Project & Cost Management Consultancy as they look to expand their Sustainability and ESG division.


As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you'll provide support and advice to a range of clients across the Residential and Commercial property sectors, delivering sustainability services, including net zero carbon advisory, ESG reporting and Energy & Carbon performance assessments, to improve the performance of property portfolios and help guide investment decisions for clients.


What will you get as an ESG & Sustainable Consultant?

  • Salary up to £45,000 + bonuses & commission depending on experience
  • 30 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays

Main responsibilities of an ESG & Sustainable Consultant

  • Review project details and develop targets for sustainability.
  • Portfolio management and monitoring.
  • Communicate sustainability requirements to internal and external team members.
  • Help clients to understand how to improve sustainability across their property portfolio.


What will you need to have?

  • Strong understanding of BREEAM.
  • Hold a qualification in a related subject.
  • Previous experience working in the Built Environment delivering sustainability solutions and advice
  • Highly driven individual with a passion for making a change.
