Because we believe that banking is about people.Responsibilities Serve as strategic Reward advisor to HRRMs and Business on a spectrum of reward products/issues. Understand the business and strategic imperatives, anticipate challenges and provide workable and sustainable solutions.Keep abreast with compensation trends, government regulations, legislation; Develop and implement effective as well as competitive practices to enable data-driven recommendations to improve employees journey and engagement.Partner HR Communications in developing employee communications strategy and deliverables to communicate Rewards programs/ initiatives effectively.Ensure the delivery of strategy and operational compensation plans/ activities across the region are in compliant with current regulations through effective partnership with key business and HR stakeholders.Participate in benchmarking exercise and conduct analysis on compensation, benefits and global mobility analysis against market as well as other HR taskforce supporting organizational changes.
