Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.
In the Service Hub Collaboration we offer tools and services to enhance (virtual) collaboration and a culture of information sharing for Deutsche Telekom employees. That’s why we bring together all value streams: from video conferencing, telephony and chat to the Microsoft world and social collaboration in one central hub.
As part of the agile transformation team, you will be responsible to identify, document, standardize and optimize our systems and services in our hub.
Your tasks:
Utilizing M Suite and Microsoft Power portfolio (SPO, PPlatform, PApps, PBI, …) to optimize the service portfolio within SH Collaboration
You need a strong drive and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new features of the M Suite (such as CoPilot, AI, etc.) and advise us in the hub on how we can use this efficiently for ourselves
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal Product Owners/Service Owners in standardizing and automating our service offerings towards customers
Establishing a central, future-oriented spot for creating and sharing information/status that supports internal communication channels will also be part of your tasks
You will design and develop automated dashboards for several areas with KPIs calculated from various sources and displayed in different areas, incl. PowerBi connection and graphical representation as well as various data source connections to other tools and applications
Qualifications
Good working Power-User experience of Microsoft services:
SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, search, columns and content types, MS Lists, access from PowerShell and API)
MS Teams (teams, channels, tabs, how to customize, how to add apps, virtual agents, access from PowerShell and API),
M Groups (how integrated in SPO, difference SharePoint and M groups, calendar, notification settings, )
Power Automate (Expressions, Triggers, Connectors, Environments, Solutions, Conditions, Approvals, plus SharePoint-, Teams-, M-Group, Outlook- and Planner tasks)
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, Virtual Agents
Microsoft Identity (Entra ID), App Registration, (REST-)APIs, AAD Permissions, Delegated Access
Application Design (Application Architecture, Data modelling, Business Logic, DDD, Visualization, Communication, Authentication)
Nice to have technical skills:
Business Process (e.g. SAFe operational value stream, ITIL process) documentation (e.g. BPMN or flow chart) and definition + optimization (lead time, throughput, quality, cost, kpi)
Compliance topics (PSA, IT-Sec, Data privacy, Legal topics, workers council, accessibility)
