Job/Position Summary * Requirements Engineering & Management* Safety directed Architecture & Design mindset* Experience in Safety Critical Product Development* Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 standard and Safety Lifecycle* Able to translate high level customer requirements into System Requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, a logical and physical architecture using design and change management tools (e.g. IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody)* Knowledge of System Architecture and Modelling Tools – like Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow* Experience in System Engineering, Sys/SW/HW architecture design, System Test execution on HILS, or Vehicle* Advanced knowledge of DOORS or other requirement capture tools, including adding and modifying objects, linking, filtering, etc* Able to translate high level customer requirements into System Requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, a logical and physical architecture using design and change management tools (e.g. IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody)* Functional Safety knowledge and how to capture this in system requirements* Self- confidence and a passion for quality* Great team player and must be self-motivated and able to work with cross functional team* Excellent communication* Ability to lead technical and process issues within a Project Team environment* Strong oral and written communication.
