Systems Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Systems Analyst to monitor and optimize IT performance by analyzing key performance metrics and driving process improvement initiatives. The Systems Analyst will develop balanced scorecards and dashboards, evaluate performance across IT functions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to support organizational goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities • Analyze performance metrics across IT functions, services, and projects. • Develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards for performance monitoring. • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize IT performance. • Evaluate network, application, system, and business transaction performance. • Interpret performance data and recommend actions to enhance efficiency and service delivery. • Work independently with minimal guidance while adhering to established guidelines/procedures. • Contribute to achieving organizational objectives and strategic goals by aligning IT performance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Less than 3-5 years of technical experience in IT performance analysis. • Experience in problem analysis and process documentation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Strong passion for improving consumer experiences and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications • Knowledge of SQL. Education: Bachelors Degree
