Have you worked previously within Aerospace or Defence Sectors?\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join a growing business undergoing significant development.\nYou will be involved in all areas of the project lifecycle from project inception to installation and commissioning completion.\n\nSystems Engineer\n\nPermanent Position\nMonday to Friday - Hybrid working Available\nFlexible Start and Finish Times\nPeterborough\n\nSystems Engineer\nJob Description \n\nYou will take the customer vision and requirements, stated standards and legislation for the product, and isolate the relevant parts.\nThen develop a set of requirements across multiple domain areas (Mechanical Engineering, Design, Electrical Engineering, Control systems, Instrumentation, Quality, Safety, Production etc.)\nYou will take the lead in developing the customer-specific system design / architecture including Configuration Management.\nCreate documentation that links customer requirements, standards and legislation to requirements, compliance statements, verification and validation activities and evidence.\nProduce documentation that describes the system from a requirements point of view (System Requirement Document, Contract Design Engineering Datasheets, and Order Datasheets \nSystems Engineer\nEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n\nHave a strong understanding of basic systems engineering principles and the systems engineering V model, with the ability to implement this understanding in a dynamic working environment.\nHave a Bachelor’s degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject, e.g.
